My Goals:
So far we have been on Weight Watchers for 4 weeks. We hope to be able to continue WW for 2-3 more months. But the expense isn't something we can sustain long-term at this time. Right now we swim 2-3x a week at our apartment pool, but it is only open for the summer. Swimming and light walking are the only exercise I can handle atm due to health problems. Goals: Transition over from 2 Monthly Passes to one WW Online membership to use alongside Sparkpeople. Set aside money for 2 memberships to the local Y or some place we can continue swimming for activity.
My Program:
A mixture of WW & Sparkpeople along with increasing daily activity.
