Hi, Single mom and ready to lose weight so I can play with my daughter and not take time to catch my breath.
I am going to lose 100 pounds. That is my goal.
I hate looking in the mirror and taking pictures. I would love someday just to be able to look in the mirror and say damn you look good.
I can remember back to high school when I felt good and then it crashed. My senior year I gained about 25 pounds not so good. And I just kept gaining. Every year after that. I gained about 50 pounds in pregnancy and then after Savanna was born. I gained another 30 pounds. YUCK Which put me at my all time high of 272.
Thank goodness for my friend Kim and a local gym. The gym had a challenge to see who could lose the most. Kind of like on here, we had are own teams and checked in with a personal trainer. Our team won the challenge and I won the challenge on who lost the most. I lost 44 pounds in 3 months. I won a gym membership for a whole year. I really tried going to workout after work my parents were great the always watched Savanna for me. And somewhere in that year I lost my strength. So in turn, I gained weight back and was at 260. YUCK again. And I found BLC and then Spark. I am at 220 now, I have been stuck in the 220's for awhile. I just can't seem to get my eating and exercising done together. So here is to a new year 2008 and to being heatlhy for myself and for my daughter. Who I don't want to have weight problems.

My Goals:
To lose weight at a healthy pace. Get healthy and happy with myself.
To find the person who has been hiding in all this weight. TO BE HAPPY WITH MYSELF AND THE WAY I LOOK.


My Program:
To get down to 140 pounds. I haven't been that size for a very long time.
I will wake up early on week days to get in my exercise. I will walk on my lunch. I will eat healthy foods.



Personal Information:
I am 33 yrs old. I am a single working mom who wishes she didn't have to work. oh well what you gonna do. Have to have money.
