Mistakes, I've made a few! I think almost anyone who has fought "the battle of the bulge" can tell you that it is almost NEVER a "success-only" journey. We lose, we gain, we lose again, we gain again, lather, rinse, repeat!

I have been there, done that, bought the t-shirts in sizes ranging from M - XXL!

Thankfully I have not regained all the weight I lost, and thankfully I feel ready to start again. Not necessarily "gung-ho, ready to kick butt and take names" ready, but ready enough that yesterday I got myself to the grocery store and stocked up on all the good things I know my body needs.

Fitness Minutes: 41,418

My Goals:
Immediate (between now and July 1, 2017): get back in the habit of eating right and moving my body before the 5% summer challenge starts on 7/1/17.
Short Term (July 1, 2017 - August 26, 2017): Participate in 5% Summer Challenge and lose at least 5% of my body weight during that 8 week time frame.
Continuing (August 26, 2017 and forward): Focus on "the next 10 pounds" or if participating in a 5% challenge "the next 5%" repeatedly until my long term goal is reached.
Long Term (By July 1, 2018): Reach a goal weight of 145 pounds.



My Program:
My Nutrition Commitment for the Summer 5% Challenge: Use the nutrition tracker at least 6 days per week and stay in my calorie range at least 5 days per week. This sounds a bit lax, but I know myself well enough to know if I'm too strict I end up beating myself up. The goal is PROGRESS, not PERFECTION! I will also aim for any other goals the challenge includes in the LTGL weekly challenges.
Exercise - start with a goal of at least 15 minutes per day 5 days per week and work up from there with plans up this to a minimum of 1 hour per day at least 5 days per week. For the Summer 5% Challenge my fitness goal will be a minimum of 30 minutes per day at least 4 days per week.
