I saw that you are in need of support and advice. All I can tell you is that I have been through some really rough time myself: 2 divorces, 2 bankruptcies, a home foreclosure, multiple job losses until I finally got disability for my disabling migraines and depression, and an attempted suicide leaving me comatose for 2 days, but thankfully my husband found me and the good Lord saved me.
You can't rewrite the past or control many circumstances. You can only control your response. If you dwell on the negatives you can send yourself into a downward spiral. I know it's hard to be positive sometimes, but you are in charge of your attitude and you have the power within you to change it.
Try reading some positive quotes. I can suggest some websites if you need some resources. Pray if you believe. Don't isolate yourself; keep reaching out to others. I will always be glad to lend a pair of eyes if you ever want to SparkMail me and unload. I'm not so great on the advice part, but I'll try to help in any way I can.
You are a strong woman and I know you can get through this.
