Hello all! My name is Amy Garrison and I'm 27 years old. I am happily married and we are trying very hard to have babies. Doctor has said that I need to lose a lot of weight and get my health under control first. So here I am, ready and willing. : )

My Goals:
I would like to be able to stick to my goals as a goal! I would love to hit my goal weight by November of 2007. I would also like to be at very heathly stage before I get pregant!
My Program:
So far I have been able to keep my 3 goals of taking a walk, tracking my food intake, and telling people about what I'm doing and what my goals are!
Baby steps are going to lead me to my babies : )

I'm originally from Tulsa, Ok. I was born in Bartlesville. I now live and teach in Elgin, OK.
I think that we are about to move back up towards Tulsa though! That's a prayer request also!

I'm currently reading Battelfield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer.
I can play the flute and saxophone very well.
I teach music education.
