I joined Sparkpeople in April 2010 and lost about 12 pounds to reach my goal weight in about 2 months. I've been inactive for a while but am now returning to the site. I'd rather spend more of my online time here than on FB, because here I get much more in return that helps me towards my goals!

Some of my current goals are:

1. Achieve goal weight of 135 by December 1, 2014

2. Reduce body fat from 28% to 25% by December 1, 2014 - achieved 12/25/2014

3. Walk 10,000 steps every day

4. Drink 9 glasses of water a day

5. Find a competitive athletic event to complete in the spring of 2015

My Program:
1. Tracking steps with pedometer

2. Tracking water daily

3. Hitting the gym 3x a week for cardio

4. Hitting the gym for weights or doing calisthenics in my home 3x a week

5. Moving with my kids whenever possible and making it fun!
