This is the second day of not having coconut oil in the coffee, pre or post. I was doing it as the science made sense, to start off with high fat to reduce insulin spiking in the AM..affecting your whole day.
But, if I am not missing it, and am cutting 150 calories without really noticing, then that can be a good thing.
Hi, thank you so much for reaching out! It's nice to know I can be missed! I did in fact fall hard off the Whole 30 wagon, and I lost spark for several days. I am back and motivated again (though I hate how I say 'again' since this happens often) and just focused on eating clean for a week before trying to give Whole 30 another shot for Lent.
I will start the blog up again then, with the pictures! That helped keep me accountable.
