My Goals:
1. To be a good example to my girls.

2. Lose a solid 100 lbs. and live a permanant healthy and POSITIVE lifestyle.

3. Stop being addicted to garbage food.

4. Be a DOer, and live life. Stop being sedentary!!

5. Be the captin of my own ship and control my "Blue moments" with exercise and whole foods.

6. Be able to go to the store an WANT to buy clothes, and have many choices of cute and fun things to chose from.

7. Stop seeing myself as a FAT and unhealthy person.

8. Exercise to keep me fit and sane.

My Program:
So far my program consists of...Counting Calories. (every calorie!) Eating whole, and healthy non processed foods. Exercise!! Cardio, cardio, cardio, at LEAST an hour 6 days a week. Lately it's been everyday. Drink lots of water everyday, vitamins and SPARKPEOPLE! I guess I'm going the old fashioned way..no bells and whistles. Just healthy food, and exercise, and some good support from people like you!
