    Sounds like a plan! I got in the following this morning: 20 minutes cardio, 40 minutes lifting weights, and finished with 15 minutes on the recumbent bike, and a good stretch!

    Hey - I am sorry to read that you have given up on your marriage. However, I am happy to see that you haven't given up on yourself. I understand how difficult it can be to get/stay motivated when you feel that you're working out all on your own. That is always my biggest problem - dragging myself to the gym, by myself, to work out - by myself. (My husband supports my efforts, but works outside, physical labor all day - and has no desire to jump on a treadmill after a full day. Understandable.)

    I'll commit to 4 workouts in the next 7 days, if you do.
