I've learned a lot in the years that I've tried to lose weight. It's time to put that information to use. There are however things I refuse to do this time around. First of all, no making myself feel guilty. I'm tired of beating myself up. Second, I'm going to focus on the here and now and make decisions as they come. I know I can do this. It may take a couple years to lose all the weight I've put on, but I will be sexy again!

It's a delight to have a "neighbor" for a Spark friend! Being able to hike was my original goal, too. DH and I retired to the mountains for that and then I put on so much weight, I couldn't do it! Now I walk all over our steep areas of the mountain with little effort. Hang in there-

I'm not sure. I've lost 12 pounds so far, but I really don't see a change. I'll probably post one when I get down to 199. The thing is, I have a HUGE bone structure so it's hard to tell a difference in me. I was reading online yesterday that if you're 5'2 to 5'5 and have a wrist size of 6.5 or above, you have a large bone structure - mine is 7.25! I'm built like a line backer LOL emoticon
