Well, I HAD met my goals, then I let myself go!
I am stuck in a rut! This is no new news! I am physically active and I eat like a pig. There it is, plain and simple. Oh, I am really good at watching my intake and losing weight. Then I get comfortable and it goes right back up. Then I get mad again! You know the drill. This is my story! I am still running a lot. I have done many 5k's, many half marathons, a couple triathlons, a duathlon, and two full marathons. I love these races! I have even tried my hand at racewalking and liked it. ...

I simply can not decide to eat right the majority of the time.
