Say no to diets

I'm 25 years old and i've been dieting since i was 16 and i have tried virtually every diet there is. I was getting to a stage when i thought should i just accept that i am fat and theres nothing i can do about it. When i thought i'd give it one last try, but i did't want to do a diet anymore because theyare just not realistic and i'd gotten to he point that the minute i saiddiet my cravings would just go beserk and i wasn't even losing weight because my body was going into starvation mode ( ...

When i thought i'd give it one last try, but i did't want to do a diet anymore because theyare just not realistic and i'd gotten to he point that the minute i saiddiet my cravings would just go beserk and i wasn't even losing weight because my body was going into starvation mode ( when the body holds onto all the fat because it doesn't know when its getting its next meal). I discovered this website and thought i'd give it one last go and it great coz i'm not denying myself anything just sticking within a certain amount of calories and fat.
