The Journey Begins....

I am 30 years old and ready to get my life back! I have two beautiful children and a wonderful husband but I am unhappy because of my weight and the restrictions it has put on my life. Time for me to get up, get moving, lose weight, and FINALLY be truely happy :)

My Goals:
My goals for 2015 are to lose 5lbs a month and at least 50lbs total before 2016.

My Program:
This time I am starting off very slow. One thing at a time. Each week I will work on something or build on something I have already started.

My name is Amy and I am from WY. I have lived here my entire life, except for the 5 years I spent in CT with my husband for his job in the Navy. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children. We have 7 dogs and live in a house connected to my in-laws house. Its crazy here, but tons of fun!!

Other Information:
I love reading, writing, and spending lots of time with my family. My kids and husband are the most important people in my life. I am doing this for me, but also so I can be around for them.

Exercise is important.. walking is good and difficult on the ice and snow with neuralgia under my left foot.. can't feel the ground the same way so find myself tripping a bit.. no falls yet and I am getting more accustomed to the difference!

I use the Jamie McFadden You Tube 25 minute cardiovascular exercise. Started it this summer. LOW impact, easy to follow along. Now I am walking 2 miles a day, and FINALLY WT is coming off. Good Luck.

AmyAnn, I am doing well. Health wise I feel better then I did in years past. I am still doing Trim Healthy Mama. I will for life. It has helped me in so many ways. Just have to think about food just a touch differently. Glad to hear from you. HUGS, Terry
