Hi, I'm Amy. I'm 25 and I've been through a whole hell of a lot in the last year. The past is the past though and I'm really just looking to put all that behind me and overall just work on improving me for no one but me. I really do believe that spark people will help me achieve my weight loss goals. Like I said, I am so ready to do this! And having a buddy to help me out would be fantastic too so hit me up if you're with me.

My Goals:
* Learn what foods I should eat and which I should stay away from

* Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

* Stay motivated in keeping with my routine so I don't fall off track.

* Feel confident in my own skin and happier overall.

My Program:
* Use the Nutrition Tracker daily

* Cut out (for the most part) sugary drinks that are really just empty calories and always make sure to have a glass of water filled nearby.

* Use the Spark Team threads to talk to others for inspiration

* Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week for cardio and add strength training for definition. And don't get down on myself for not being perfect - no one is.

* Commit to doing one small challenge at a time. This will help me from getting bored and also help me find out what kind of routene works best for me.

How is pilates working out for you? Do you have an instructor? Im on day 3,.. trucking away. Progress is slow but i dont mind.

Coco crisp hehehehe. Sometimes i think dogs are one of those choices that brings fitness in to our lives painlessly and in a fun way. Watching your dog explore the 'world' or neighborhood as if it was new everyday always brought joy to me during our daily 'adventures' :P

I just did day 2 of the pilates challenge! It's kicking my ass, but I love it! I would love to have lean legs!! WOOO! How is your day off going?
