Hello. My name is Amy. I love to cook, read, entertain, bowl, shop and garden. I want to get rid of some bad habits, and develop better habits. I definitely need support.
Update 6/09: I haven't been as focused the past few weeks, and I need to get it together. I have come too far to let it all slip away. I rewarded myself for losing 25 pounds with a digital camera. I think I need to set up rewards for each 5 pound loss.
Update 5/09: I am DONE with one-third of the weight that I have set out to lose. I am enjoying yardwork and gardening. I walk and ride my bicycle a few times a week.
Update 4/09: Three months have gone by, and my journey is well underway. I have lost more than 20 pounds, and I am almost 1/3 of the way to my goal. I am eating a lot of eggs, oatmeal, chicken, fish, tomatoes, avocados and berries.
Update 3/09: It has been two months, and I am so happy that I found SP. I have lost 15 pounds, and I am enjoying my new lifestyle. Tracking my nutrition has been a real eye-opener.
Update 2/09: I have been here for a month now, and I have lost 10 pounds. Tracking my nutrition has been so helpful to me. I am making better choices, and I am feeling very optimistic about the future.
