Hi,
I've been dieting my whole, adult, life. I need help and support in keeping on track.
I've already lost 20 lbs. But, it's taken me 5 years.
I love walking. I've been using my treadmill and exercise videos, at home. The older I get, the harder it is to stick to a healthy diet and exercise.

My Goals:
I want to be healthy.

My Program:
I'm trying to switch from white carbs to whole grain. I drink alot of water. I'm adding lots of fruits to my diet, but I'm not so good on the veggies.
I try to exercise, at least, 5 days a week. I love to walk.

Other Information:
I'm a reading teacher, so obviously, I love to read....anything by Nora Roberts, Sandra Brown, Stuart Woods and James Patterson.
