My name is Amy, I am 24 years old and I am 335lbs at the moment. I've been using the Leslie Sansone videos, I love her videos they are easy, but make you sweat your butt off, it's worth every minute, and I just joined my local Gym and I love it! I am praying that this program along with my exercise program will work for me. I need all the self esteem and confidence I can get, so that I can do this, I know I can't do it alone, so I'm looking up to Heaven for my strength and grace and I'm looking towards family and friends for encouragement and faith that I can do this. There is a new me on the way! :)
Right now my main goal is to hit that 300 of weight lost mark. I am hoping to hit that mark with in the next few months, I got 35lbs to go...I'm doing what I can to lose it. I do have my setbacks, but I am doing way better than I was before.
I am using SparkPeople, and Leslie Sansone videos, and I am going to a local gym. I am going to do my very best to make sure I excercise atleast 3 times a week for 30 or more minutes. I will also cut back my calorie intake. I can do it with God on my side!

I see we have alot in common; it's great to have another sister in the Lord on the team, I love purple, I started SP at over 300lbs, I just discovered Aldis, love Leslie Sansone, I'm in a really good walking program, love Christian music & plus size exercise.
On the Crock Pot Team we have over a dozen new recipe threads as of Jan 2011 . . . so you can find and/or post chicken recipes on the Chicken Thread, and so on.
Check out the Weight Watchers Recipe Thread . . . I don't do WW but some of those looked really, really good when I posted them . . .
There are also diabetic recipe threads, vegetarian, etc. Hope you are doing well on your SparkJourney; you can do it!

Thanks for checking in on me. I hope all is well with you too. The holidays where hard this year being the first without my husband, but we did a few things to honor him and we got through it.
Still struggling with the battle of the bulge, I am up to 351 since the holidays. but I am working on it. I wish I had the modivation to do 110 %. I did buy a heart rate monitor so learning how to use that thing is keeping me busy, lol. Anyway you take care and hang in there.
