Chasing Cupcakes

Heya! I am a fairly active chick, but can't seem to get all the pieces in place. I just finished my 4th half marathon (with a goal of completing a full). Today I got my race pictures back....nothing like a picture of you running to let you know you need to run more! Seriously! I look like the fat girl chasing a cupcake truck!

My Goals:
Cut my half marathon time to 2:59:59 or better by December 3, 2012

Finish a full marathon in 2013

My Program:
A modified Body-For-Life program:

- Cardio 30 minutes, 5 days per week

- a long run once per week (for marathon/half training)

- Weights twice per week

Personal Information:
I think I'm a badass...just waiting for real life to catch up with my beliefs!

Other Information:
I seriously question my commitment to Sparkle Motion.
