I started losing weight when I was a whooping 265lbs/120 something kgs in 2007
I joined gym and swimming and controlled my diet big time and lost down to 227 but got a plateau and gave up.I got married in march '10.Since my husband is like half my weight I get very concious around him all the time now and we look weird as a couple I mean he doesn't agree but some people do. I look huge in picture's with him and it's just a good wake up call again to get out there and lose ...

And I would never allow my self to get pregnant in this health state which is considered OBESE. (Even though no kids until 4-5 years but still, dude) Its not new to me though because I have been struggling with excercises and dieting and gym and all that since I was 18. I failed I got up again I failed I gave up..etc. I lose my war to binging usually cause I don't eat right.But this time it's really a NOW OR NEVER thing. I'm alread 25 and married.So... here's to me...this time hopefully ill reach my goal weight!

You can do it to. Think about what you are eating, Drink plenty of water. If you feel hungry try water.

You are not a failure. You have to stop the negative talk or you will never experience success. We all have bad days and days when we want to lie around moping. Remember that it happens to everyone and pick yourself up and move on. Yesterday I ate crap all day, didn't work out this morning and the scale reflected that but you know what I said to myself hey it's life, it happens, have a healthy day today. YOU CAN DO IT! I believe in you!

IT sounds like you're having a rough time. You should know that the things you voice on this site: You are not alone. You are not alone at all. What IS the point? Why DO we keep doing these things?

I read something from a successful sparker the other day. She said, she spent years wondering about weight loss, probably burned more calories thinking about it than doing it. But in the end, its only "doing" it - without worrying - that's going to cause a change.

Keep hope. Sometimes, its all we have.
