You are not a failure. You have to stop the negative talk or you will never experience success. We all have bad days and days when we want to lie around moping. Remember that it happens to everyone and pick yourself up and move on. I read something from a successful sparker the other day. She said, she spent years wondering about weight loss, probably burned more calories thinking about it than doing it. But in the end, its only "doing" it - without worrying - that's going to cause a change.
