1. LOG all food - If you find you don't have time to log it all into SP, carry a notebook with you and write down everything you eat. 2. Measure/weigh all of the food you intake. It makes a huge difference. 3. Be consistent. Above all, be consistent. 4. Schedule exercise into each day in the week you are going to exercise. Keep that appointment with yourself with the same commitment you do to a doctor or dental appointment. 5. Try new things. Try new foods, try new types of exercise and blog about it. Blogging allows others on the website to share in your journey! 6. Expect setbacks and bad days. When you have them, don't give up. Just keep going forward. 7. Above all, remember it is PROGRESS, not perfection that wins this battle.
