Great job not eating candy for the whole month! I gave in about half way through (right around the time I stopped doing the pushups...). New month, new year!

I ate a brownie last night and the night before. I blame it on the PB2 I got in the mail on Saturday. I guess I quit avoiding the brownies and candy for December. I plan to at least stop and think about eating the treats, which is an added bonus skill from avoiding them for 1.5 months. I am keeping up with the pushups though and feel like I'm on track to do 50 consecutive, hopefully by the end of the year!

That's awesome that you're doing pushups for December too! I decided on doing 20 per day (620 for the month). I am still doing no candy and also haven't decided whether I am going to continue it for the rest of the month or not. It has helped me resist the candy in the break room at work and I even brought some home to my husband without eating any! Now that's willpower! (ok, if it had been chocolate, I definitely wouldn't have brought him any haha).
Any plans for this weekend? The weather is supposed to warm up for us east coasters!

Thanks for the blog comment! No candy has bee going well except for the weekend before Thanksgiving. I ended up eating icecream, cookies and like 5 granola bars in a quest to not eat a piece of candy at my mom's house. I should have just caved and eaten the candy at that point! I'm doing much better with it now, though. I also haven't had one of those microwaveable mug brownies, which may be a greater feat than no candy for me! I'd love to have a buddy doing pushups. I don't always do them every day, but still have been averaging 15 per day through November. Ready to do 20 per day through November (maybe 25??) Anyways, hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
