My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 lb. so I can better my health and become more active without feeling tired all the time.
My Program:
I write down everything I eat and drink so I can keep up with my daily intake. I eat healthier foods and stopped drinking pops. I also walk on the treadmill at least 4 times a week and work out on the weight hoister.
