I'm similiar to you. I started at 148 and want to be 128. I'm 141/142 now so I'm on my way.....yeahhh

Thank you for the 100 calory pancake recipie, I tried this this morning, and although it made lots, and not being a good cook, found the texture to be on the thin side, I was not sure if it was to be like that...also I did not know what "rough" meant...were there to be lumps? The good news is I will definetly make these again, they will be great to take to work for a snack or to add to my breakie...thanks again.

Hello!!!! All I can say is Wow!! You are an incredible inspiration.. I am exactly the weight you were when you started (156)... And I want to be where you are now.. Do you have any advice for me, I would love to hear from you! How long did it take you to get where you are?? Thank you so much.. just looking at your weight loss ticker really gives me motivation to stick with this... Have a great day..
