My Goals:
For December: Get back on track with C25K! Do yoga at least 2 times a week. Meditate for 10 minutes a day. Drink my water. Eat at least 5 servings of fruit & veggies a day. Increase my monthly minutes of exercise from 500 to 750.
My Program:
I will do cardio 5x per week. I will strength train 3x per week. C25K...loving this! JM's 30 Day Shred. Yoga. I am also planning out my meals, bring snacks in a cooler so I don't get too hungry, and cooking at home at least 5 nights per week.
Personal Information:
I am on a path to be the best I can be. I live in the southwest with my husband, two kids, three big dogs, and one cat. I love yoga...and I am beginning to love running as well. I want to set a healthy example for my children in all ways: eating, fitness, compassion, and kindness.
