good for him!!! its often times better to ease into a new lifestyle slowly. i know for myself i started with cutting calories. then i worked on pairing proteins with carbs. then real life clean eating. but you are totally right.. seeing your progress is probably more helpful than anything!
my bf still eats junk sometimes, but hardly ever. he even said two weeks ago that he felt fat because we had a bad weekend with food. haha. keep doin what youare doing... it probably helps more than you know! 1580 days ago
