2012--Making it Happen for ME Year!!!
Day 1= JANUARY 1, 2012---START WEIGHT 232.5 LBS. So, the Little Sis is getting married on October 27, 2012 and I wanna look the part of the smokin' hot sister. Slowly but surely I have gotten back into the working out, now if I could only just control what goes into my mouth. Hoping this week is a better start to it all. 2011 SPARKSPOINT GOAL: 7,000 pts...end of year total=34,500 Sticking to logging in my food...I noticed that helped a lot when I started in the beginning so I am back to it now!!! SHORT TERM GOALS FOR 2012 Goal #1--Rocking 227 lbs. by Valentine's Day Goal#2--Rocking 220 lbs. by St. Patty's Day Goal #3--Rocking 215 lbs. by Spring Break
My Program:
Run Program-- 4x Crossfit Workouts--2x Eating--Making Healthier Choices, Good Carbs, More Veggies and Fruits, Curbing the Sugary Stuff. Getting on a Low Glycemic Diet as this will help with the PCOS.
Personal Information:
Teacher from the Sunshine State (California). I love to travel and I'm always on the lookout for the next adventure. Currently my trip planning revolves around the book "1,000 places to see before you die," "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," "Man Vs. Food," and Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations...I know all food related shows but I live it up when I travel because I pack my runnin shoes with me.
