Ashley - I walk on the treadmill Monday-Thursday for at least 64 minutes, Friday - Sunday I try and get out and walk outside. I usually walk for 75-100 minutes depending on the route. OUtside all includes some major hills, plus pushing my son in the jogging stroller. I have now lost a total of 30 lbs and I have done nothing more than walk, walk, walk, oh yeah and try and stay within my calories.
