SInce your goal is to lose 10 pounds by Feb 15, I am going to do the same thing. Maybe we can help each other out! What types of cardio are you doing to lose weight?

I do think that 3 pounds a week may end up being disappointing. My birthday is March 29th. I think 25 pounds is achievable. I've lost 5 so only 20 more. Then I'll probably set another goal. My idea weight is 135.. same as you. I love your colors for your page. We're both starting out at almost the same weight.... a little more for me :) Keep going!

i never do well with those things - i feel like I always do worse. This year i just decided to go small and really focus on my water and tracking calories - although today I am not doing so well on either. I figure if I go walking or bike riding for 45-60 mins tonight then it will make up for it. My soup is still defrosting which is usually what i turn to when I want comfort food. But I am sure you can see pounds dropping consistently if you just keep it simple and workout to make up for what you have done. There are a few other saving recipes - one being the chicken taco stew and steph's chicken and dumplings which are in my cookbook and they are good size portions of comfy food. TTYL

I am sure you will do great - I came up with a 5 pound goal for me to reward myself with so it does not see so hard and far away! Let me know how the soup is and I am always here! emoticon
