My Goals:
January
-lose 1.5 pounds a week until I get to 155 pounds and then re-evaluate.
Prepare nutritious meals everyday.
-drink 64 ounces of water daily.
-eat5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
-work out 3 time a week.


My Program:
I'm tracking all my meals and doing my exercises. Making sure I get nutrients from good foods and not just empty calories.

Other Information:
I'm a mom with 5 children and thirteen grandchildren and one great- grandchild with another great one on the way, and here she is tiny and beautiful, and I have one cat. I am retired but not tired. I am interested in cooking, sewing knitting & crocheting, art, and language study. I like to keep busy.

Thanks for the bikini! I think it's a little early for that but I am hoping soon that I will feel comfortable in one. I'm thinking my modesty may still get in the way though. emoticon Miss you!! But only a week to go (really 4 days) and I will be FREE!!!

Just checking in on you!! I think you need to blog. It's been a while. I know I just saw you but I thought I would say hey and give you some encouragement to keep on doing those things that make your life better.

Is it spring break for you or did you have that already? If so enjoy the free time but knowing you, you will be studying!! emoticon
