HELLO EVERYONE,WELL THERE I AM IN MY WHITE TEE #5457 DOUBLE CHIN AN ALL! I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!! MY NAME IS ARLENE AND I AM NOW A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE VIBRANT AND ENERGETIC CHILDREN AND I AM ALSO A NURSE/ CASE MANAGER. I SIT IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ALL DAY LONG AND READ CHARTS AND DO PAPERWORK SO THE ONLY BODY PARTS THAT EVER REALLY MOVE ARE MY FINGERS AND EYEBALLS, IN RETURN I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 70 POUNDS IN THE LAST 3 YRS, MOSTLY DUE TO BAD CHOICES LIKE FAST FOOD BECAUSE MY EXCUSE IS I AM ...

I HAVE NOTICED A FEW THINGS IN MY LIFE LATELY I JUST CAN NO LONGER DO, LIKE LOOK IN THE MIRROR, TAKE PICTURES, SHOP FOR CLOTHES FOR MYSELF OR GO UP 12 STAIRS WITHOUT BEING OUT OF BREATH AND I FEEL LIKE SUCH A FAKE WHEN ITS TIME TO DISCHARGE MY PATIENTS, TRYING TO EDUCATE AND MOTIVATE THEM TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE STYLE AND LOOSE WEIGHT WHEN I CANT OBVIOUSLY FOLLOW MY OWN ADVICE, THIS HAS MADE ME EXTREMELY DEPRESSED! I STUMBLED ONTO SPARKPEOPLE.COM WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR WEIGHT LOSS HELP WEBSITES BUT THEY ALL WANTED A FEE BEFORE YOU COULD LOOK OR READ ANYTHING, AND THEN I SAW "ITS FREE" NEXT TO SPARK.COM AND HERE I AM..I HAVE DECIDED ITS TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY WEIGHT BEFORE I BECOME A PATIENT TO ONE OF MY CO-WORKERS(WHICH WOULD BE TOO EMBARRASSING) AND IM TIRED OF FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE, UNWORTHY AND OVERWEIGHT AND JUST PLAIN TIRED!

STILL WORKING ON DEVELOPING ONE THAT FITS MY LIFE STYLE...ANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS?IM HOPEING NOW THAT I FINALLY GOT A SMARTPHONE BY LOADING THE SPARK APP IT WILL BE EASIER AND MORE MOTIVATING TO KEEP UP WITH COUNTING MY CALORIES AND LOGGING MY FOODS, WEIGHT,AND EXERCISE!
