Welcome to the 28 day bootcamp group! I'm a runner also and recently got over an injured back. I didn't run the majority of last year because of it and gained about 20 pounds because of it. Iif you're on facebook there's a group called Run 1000 miles this year that is absolutely wonderful. Way to go! Its really hard when your injured, but great that you jumped right back in!
Things are ok here. I hurt my knee and most likely will not be running my marathon now. :/ I am going to take TOM week to pout and then get back on track for the weight loss. It seems like I lose and gain, lose and gain. I dont gain it all back, and I lose more each time, but I need to be more consistent in the loss area! 2154 days ago
