Wow, have had a time trying to get blood pressure and gl levels down. Had conference with doctor yesterday who added two more fish pills, coconut oil, Lovastatin for high triglycerides and am to stay on the gluten free diet. I have no allergies to wheat, but it is the better diet to control diabetes. On the plus side he loved the A1c results and was happy I am still walking every day and losing weight. Sooo, it was not all bad. Am grateful to God and ...

Gluten Free Grain, 5 fruit/ veggies, 3 dairy, 3 meat per day. 8-10 glasses of water. 3 fish pills, 3 T coconut oil Exercise Schedule - Mon, Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri. and Sat. - Walk Do stretches
