Still working to get the triglycerides down. Doctor has added fish pills and Niacin. We shall see. Anyway, I am still eating to plan and walking.
If you are just beginning you have come to the right place. If you get off plan just pick it back up the next day, drink a little more water and get in a few more steps. When you are really craving something, work it into your plan ... say, less breads or pastas, more salads then you can eat it without worry. No, matter what, you CAN do this! I promise! God bless ...

5 fruit/ veggies, 3 dairy, 3 meat per day.
8-10 glasses of water.
1 Mega Red fish pills, 3 T coconut oil
Exercise Schedule -
Walk thrity minutes a day or if I miss a day an hour the day after I miss a day.
