I'm ready for a new start

Hi. After my third baby I had gained tons of weight. I started at 115lbs and went up to 160lbs. Now I am currently 134 lbs but need some help with making my goal. I struggle with the sweets, self control. I did Body for Life (I swear it works) after the second baby but I have no energy or desire to do this again. I don't want to exclude certain foods. I need to learn portion control and how to not eat bad while Im at work. My goal is to lose to 118lbs.

My Goals:
From 134lbs to 118lbs. To learn how to portion control.

My Program:
Im just starting so I have not made a program yet. I am planning on working out at least 3 times a week and writing down what I eat.
