It didn't take too long to get in shape when I was actually working out. Life just seemed to always get in the way... I graduated in December 2009, so I can no longer use school as an excuse! I am now committing my self to be active at least 4 days a week!

oh man, i'm being reminded of why i hated level two so much! ha! i had to skip a few days last week because of holiday stuff, but i need to resume it asap!!! hows your ripped going?

thanks, girl! she's totally kicking my ass, as usual. i had to re-start it from the beginning (for like the millionth time) but so far i'm on day 4 and feeling pretty good. since i'm so used to level 1 at this point i might take it up a notch to level 2 tomorrow! good luck with ripped, i want to get that one next! emoticon

Ah, that's too bad about the coconut dish, HOWEVER coconut on anything is yummy! I've been experimenting with the tofu, too. I love the Ma Po tofu at PF Changs, so I always am attempting to make it taste like theirs . I'm sure they use a ton more oil than I do to make it so crispy on the outside. I also have trouble draining it exactly right- either not enough or too much. I know that if I marinated it, it would be a lot tastier, but I'm trying to stick really low sodium so I'm having trouble coming up with things to marinate it in! I've read other posts about marinating it in a little orange juice, but haven't tried it yet.

Hi! Just saw your post! FYI- the carb cycling was only for short term for about 10 days prior to our spring break cruise we just went on. Honestly, I could NEVER do that full time, but it definitely was a good short term way to get a few more pounds off. I just looked at your food log and see you tracked the last few days! The coconut crusted tofu jumped out at me. Did you make it yourself? If so, how? I always make my tofu the same way and I LOVE coconut!
