Allison's getting healthy

Just trying to stay in my clothes and stay healthy. It is funny when people look at you and assume you are healthy because you are small boned. I want to have endurance, strength and be a persistently good choice maker. I consciously choose to make choices that will help me stay healthy, not thin.

What's the recipe calculator? A few things that come to my mind are string cheese, cottage cheese, south beach diet bars(chocolate, peanut butter, etc.). Do you like any of those? emoticon

Thanks, guys. I just noticed your posts - I am so busy logging food... emoticon I didn't even see them.

I absolutely love the recipe calculator. I am havin' shrimp fried rice for dinner. Staying within my limit. Need to add some high protein, low calorie snacks. Any ideas????

HI Allison! You are doing great...keep it up! Even when the Diet Coke isn't working! I'm off to eat some blueberries and strawberries to meet my calorie quota for the day. Love ya!
