I used sparkpeople under a different name before (Aly7J07) and lost 30 pounds!!!! While I've managed to keep this off, I lost motivation and gave up. Creating a new sparkpage to me was like creating a new slate. I'm more motivated and I am ready to finish what I start... no excuses, no quitting. I look forward to sharing my story and learning about other sparker's and trading tricks and advice.

Personal Information:
I'm Aly, I'm 24 and from chicago. I graduated college about a year ago and am working as a teachers aide with severely challanged students. I am going back to get my masters starting summer 2011.

I am at a really great point in my life and am ready to tackle one of my biggest challanges... my weight. Ive learned and changed a lot in the last year. I am ready for a whole new life.

I want to reward both BEHAVIOR and WEIGHTLOSS. I can not control how much weight I lose, I can control what I eat and how many times I go to the gym. To not lose sight of the overall picture, I included both in my Motivation.
