Just starting (again)

A few years ago, I lost 70 pounds. I looked and felt so good. I knew that I had to make it a permanent lifestyle change, but somehow slipped back into old habits. Four years later, I've gained back all of the weight, plus 15 more pounds. When I restarted this journey, I weighed 235 pounds. I am determined to loose it and keep it off this time.

Hi I wanted to stop by and say Hi to my fellow A team member. About 4 years ago I lost 63 pounds and started to go back to some old habits and now have gained back over 30. I don't want to gain it all back and of course want to lose what I gained back. We can do it!

I have been there too. About 10 years ago, I lost 110 pounds. I kept it off about a year, and slowly it came back. Then I lost 80 pounds and kept it off about a year. Then it ALL came back and then an extra 40 pounds! So last year, I realize I need to make permanent changes and learn "how to eat". It's been a journey. I am down over 60 pounds again. I still have a looonnngg way to go. But I am setting my goals in smaller increments so it helps me not get to over whelmed. After I lose 25 more pounds, I will celebrate! Then I will set my counter again for another 50 pounds or so. It helps otherwise it is too overwhelming to look at the BIG number! lol I hope you are feeling okay after your accident?? I will be there! I love dogs! I would bring mine, but he is very old, and can't walk fast at all...I have to take him on separate walks, at a sight seeing pace! I'll see you in the a.m.!
