Hi Katy. I joined a couple of Spark Challenges to keep me accountable. I joined the 5% Spring Challenge and also the Sweeet tooth Challenge for cutting down on sugar. I also quit smoking today so now I have a lot to do when I come to Spark and I have team members counting on me and I belong to the Virtual Weighin Team and I weighin once a week for that. When I know someone else is going to see my weight losses and gains, I am more inspired to try harder. Mayybe you could find a challenge that suits you on one of your teams or join a team with a challenge going to join in. Good luck this week coming. I am really trying to stick to my plan. Wow! Zumba M-F! I really love Zumba. For a while they had Zumba twice a week with Curves and also offer Zumba classes in town. I also have a Zumba DVD. However, I line dance 1-2 hours 3 x a week and do Curves 2 x a week in addition to 1 hour walk with the dog every day. I have been too exhausted to get Zumba back in. Hi Katy - Hope you're having a good day! How's your menu coming for Thanksgiving day? Make sure you have plenty of veggies to help fill you up. I'm even going to make mashed cauliflower along with mashed potatoes so I don't have to eat the potatoes. It's quite good.
