I can do it

Well, I spent my life trying to figure out how to accomplish balance. And I certainly made some progress in each area, but didn't make it to any goal.
I ended up 37 years old with no husband, no children, no private home, no significant position in my career, no saved money, no close friends, no religious consistency and some health problems.
So, this is my current situation.

Well, I spent my life trying to figure out how to accomplish balance. And I certainly made some progress in each area, but didn't make it to any goal.
I ended up 37 years old with no husband, no children, no private home, no significant position in my career, no saved money, no close friends, no religious consistency and some health problems.
So, this is my current situation.
I don't know if I'm not too old or tired to accomplish all the things I wanted. All I know is that I can't achieve success unless I have two main things:
1. A real need to accomplish my goal.
2. Work on one goal at a time.

So, here I am. Trying to become healthy again.
Well, I'll have to admit that since I made this account I'm naturally doing healthy actions like eating healthy food and exercise. Only a 10 minutes exercise. But at least I started.
So, after the long introduction, this area is supposed to be a record for my progress. This is my current situation. I'm sure when I read it again, I'll know I'll have to continue going on towards my goals.

Week 1: Friday 4 Apr 2014:
Efforts:
Better: Cycling, belly dancing, some crunches, more vegetables, some food tracking, taking measurements, many site activities.
Needs improvement: Meal planning, water intake, sleep, stress, time management.
Plan: buy a TV to watch while on treadmill (depends on my budget), wake up earlier to prepare breakfast and evening snack, and to do some cardio.

Results:
Better: push-ups and crunches tests, resting heart rate and body weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose.
The same: 3 min. step test.
Worse: body measurements, body fat percent.
Overall feeling: I'm really improving. I just need to improve one step at a time.

Wauwwww, you have some story about yourself and i really hope that you will get back this balance that you so desire. All the things that you mentioned i lost in 2012 when i became ill i lost my marriage, my job and my house. But don't worry. God is great and now in 2014 i have/enjoy MORE than what I lost. I'm just saying this because I want you to feel inspired and hopefull. The trick is to make good dua (law of attraction is working in the dua). I hope that we can help each other in the wishes for our lives!
