I''m a 31 year old mother of 2 and I''ve struggled with my weight my entire life. I''ve tried all the fad diets and hottest workout crazes but always go back to my unhealthy ways. I''m ready to finally get in shape, not just for me but for my kids. I''m completely determined that I can make a lifestyle change and finally get off the diet rollercoaster!! I managed to lose 90lbs after having my daughter February 2012 but I still want more! I still have pounds to lose and jiggles to tighten. I''ve hit a few walls and fell of the wagon a time or two but I just keep fighting back. 8/21/2012****** I''ve sparked my way pretty much halfway to my first major goal (DONE with 20lbs!!) and I am so proud!! I''ve never stuck with a plan for my body this long!! Can''t wait for the awesome fit girl inside to finally get a chance to show herself to the rest of the world! I''m so thankful for my amazing DONE girls team and all of the encouragement they give me. 12/27/2012***** I made a few updates to my beginning info to bring it current for the new year but overall my goals are the same. I''m still on my mission to finally wear a bikini again after 5 long years of hiding and this is my year! I''ve come so far and learned so much in the last year. I just can''t wait to see what happens next. 9/28/2015**** Well what happened was life and I momentarily gave up. I found myself stressed with work, in an unhealthy relationship and in the scary situation of returning to school. It proved to be more than I could deal with and I found almost 60 lbs slowly but surely. I''m quite ashamed of myself. I had worked so hard and I let it all go but I''m ready to start again. I graduate in 5 weeks and I''ve gotten out of my crap relationship. It''s me time! I''ve done this before so I know I can do it again. One day, one meal at a time.

My Program:
I'm just getting started so right now I'm working on only buying and eating "clean"/healthy food. Exercise is not as consistent as I'd like. I do some strength training with dumbbells and use the Wii to get exercise while playing with my 5 yr old. I've been adding fitness when and where ever possible. I do 10 minute trainer, videos from here or just squats and bands during commercials....every little bit helps, I've already proved that!



Personal Information:
I'm from Richmond, KY. I love anything with nature (animals, hiking, etc). I'm a huge UK basketball and Bengals fan. When I get rare free minutes, I like to read, take pictures and just spend quality time with my little ones.
