It is time to show college what is up. The final year time to put down the college habits and start new ones.
I think it is especially great with the early education because you will be able to incorporate some healthy teaching to the kids and get them started at a young age. In nursing school we have spent some time in school teaching nutrition and other things and the students have proven even the young ones that if the healthy option is there and they know about it they will chose it.
Just reading your page and how you get bored with workouts. I used to do the same lifting and cardio routine because I knew how to do it. Since starting spark I have searched for different workout and keep changing things up. Somethings to try..

www.yogajournal.com/podcasts/ gives some great 20 minutes yoga workouts
Also netflix has workouts if you are a subscriber to that.
Before I was a "I won't get a good enough workout at home" and refused to do videos but it is a great way to switch things up.
