Congrats on all your work toward your goals. I can tell by your blogs that you are an expert at setting goals and action plans. My holiday decorating and shopping was NOT done by Dec. 1. Hoho.
I also enjoy running (I do run/walk intervals, initially started because I was dealing with a sore knee, but have kept it because it just feels good and is just as fast). I also walk with my hubby and dogs and do yoga.
