Take it one day at a time
I'm 26 and am a mom of a 3 year old and am tired of always looking in the mirror and wondering what I could look and feel like if... ... instead i am going to know what it feels like to be happy with myself.

My Goals:
My goals in 09 are to get in more water everyday. I plan on counting my calories alot closer. Write everything down even the smallest morsel. I want to beable to get back in my size 12's. My goal is to fit into size 10's.
My Program:
I plan to workout 5 days a week. Walk 5 days and to tae-bo 3 days a week. Also workout on my stability ball 3 days a week
Personal Information:
I just turned 26 on march 11th, I have a beautiful little girl who will be three in May. Her name is Hannah Claire. She is my world. My best friend is stephen he is the best thing that has ever happened to me besides him giving me my daughter. I also have a 8 year old stepson who loves to play baseball and ride 4 wheelers.
Other Information:
My favorite book that I am reading right now is by Chantel Hobbs and it is called Never Say Diet., I also have the Never Say Diet Personal Fitness Trainer and these to books are so inspirational. They really have gotten me motivated to step up my game and make this weighloss thing a real story and not just something I talk about all the time.
