Keep On, Keepin' On!!

I have been a member since the summer of "06. I was doing great, however the school year stated and have not been very good about keeping on track!
At one point of my life I weighed 160 lbs. On my 5'4 frame it was not a good situation. I have been working on becoming more healthy!
I just got married August 11, 2007 and would like to keep my wedding weight! One of my fears is to gain all the weight back that I just worked my butt off for!!!

I am doing cardio and weights, I was a volleyball player all my life so I am comfortable using them!

I am always up for something new!

I am from Davenport Iowa. I am a high school math teacher, and coach volleyball!

Other Information:
I am married to a man that does not like fitness at all! I want to stay where I am at!

The sweet tooth is going okay. I've done a lot better so far this week. I made my first smoothie last night. It has several different berries, nonfat yogurt, and a little bit of sugar. I tried not using the sugar but it was way too tart for me. Next time I'm not going to add the blueberries. I'm going to buy some splenda soon so I don't have to use sugar. =)
