I'm getting married! I'm a size 12. I do have personal weight loss goals, but I'm taking a different approach this time. It's all about healthy eating and making my family healthier. I love food. I really dislike working out. I'm getting better at it! :) I live in Oklahoma, and I work in wireless....you're in my mind all of the time, I know that's not enough.

My Program:
My program is eating well and daily activity. At least 10 minutes of cardio a day. No matter what. No excuses.

Personal Information:
I'm a mom, about to be a wife again for the second and most awesome time! I live in Oklahoma. I sell cell phones. Okay. I'm a consultant who gets to do what I love every day. Play with technology. Oh yeah! The cell phone company isn't the insurance agent omg!!!

Thank you for the comment on my blog.

I have lost the weight pretty healthy. Eating really fresh and healthy as well as putting in some hard core working out and running. I am pretty sure running has made the biggest difference.

As far as saggy skin, I have some. I have been luck to not get it too bad but I do a lot of strength training and toning so that must be why.

Thanks for your blog response.

Mike used to eat Pop-tarts for breakfast. YOu know, cardboard and jelly? There are two in an envelope and a serving is one, so how many do you eat? Of course! Two!

He also liked the jumbo Snickers bars. Again, two to a package, serving size one.

One morning I offered him two Nutritional data lists, one for the pop tart package and one for the snickers bar. He was to pick the better one for breakfast.

"Well they look just about the same but this one has more protein so this on is probably better for you"

I handed him the Snickers. "That's not breakfast. That's candy!"

So what did that tell him about Pop-Tarts? Did he now see that Pop-Tarts are candy, not food?

Hell, no. They are still breakfast.
