Oh!! As for interval suggestions... i HIGHLY suggest MiCoach by Adidas! If you have an iphone, Blackberry or Android, they have an app that is awesome. Basically, it let's you choose your training program and tweak it for YOUR running level and then the app plays your music and tells you when to run and when to walk based on your level chosen! I LOVED it when I was running consistently.... I injured myself in April, so I am juuuust starting to get back on the horse again!

Glad that my video was helpful to you!! Welcome back to spark.... make sure you get involved because that will KEEP you going! I have found being involved with my local team is the best thing to keep my motivation up!

I appreciate your comment! You were right about the exercise--I did some today (partly because of your encouragement) and it made my calorie breakdown look a lot better. Thanks for the great advice!
