Going to Playa del Carmen Mexico in May!
Hello~ I'm a Work from Home mom of 4. I'm taking charge of my life in all aspects, and am ready to reach my healthy weight in 2009. I'm looking for accountability and support here. I'm especially excited to go to Playa del Carmen, Mexico in May with others from my company, Ameriplan. I will look good in a swimming suit, I will feel comfortable and confident!

Loose 32-35 pounds of fat.
Excercise 6 days per week
My Program:
I'm using the Body for Life Plan of eating and excercise.
3 days of interval cardio, and 3 days of weight lifting.
Eat balanced carb/protein, 5-6 meals per day.
One free day per week
Personal Information:
I'm a WAHM in Houston, TX I work a home business with a national benefits company. I'm at my computer desk alot, so my workouts are very important not to miss.
If anyone needs a dental , vision, Rx, Chiropractic, or health plan, let me know.
