Battle with my scale

I would say one of the biggest challenges to loosing weight is getting past that negative ego. That little voice in the back of your head that tells you, you can't accomplish your goals. In the beginning you listen to that voice, you start to believe what it is telling you and you just dwell in your own misery. That was me for many years, I was pushing the scale at 199 pounds. I was depressed and stuck in a rut. I think at that point I had just given up, I did care what people thought, but ...
I would say one of the biggest challenges to loosing weight is getting past that negative ego. That little voice in the back of your head that tells you, you can't accomplish your goals. In the beginning you listen to that voice, you start to believe what it is telling you and you just dwell in your own misery. That was me for many years, I was pushing the scale at 199 pounds. I was depressed and stuck in a rut. I think at that point I had just given up, I did care what people thought, but because I lacked respect for myself I just pretended I was invisable. I was never the kind to gorge on fastfood, but my problem was I ate to much and I lacked a consistant eating habbit.

One day I just got sick of it, I knew i was so much better then the person I had let myself become. As a light worker I realized I could not help people if I could not help myself and I made weight loss one of my goals on my healing journey.
May 2008:I had lost 50 lbs,
December2010: back up to 179-180. Stuggling again, but determined.

Goals: 1) 20lbs gone by Feb
2)Cut down on carbs, alcohol
3)Start running more
5)loose stomach
6)no longer ashamed on my body

My Goals:
Goal is to happy and healthy at a physical, mental and spiritual level.
Cut out all processed foods(pastas, pizza, junk in general)
No more alcohol
Whole grains, in the morning(oats, oragnic sprouted bread). Eat fish 2 times a week, lean proteins, legumes.
Dairy once a day(only with coffee)
NO SUGAR

My Program:
Watching what I eat, working out and not stressing over the small things. if I gain weight I will just try hrader next time. Life is about living, not regreting.
Gym 3 to 4 times a week, biking, walking. Back to Boot camp in Feb.
