My name is Amelia and I have had an up and down battle with fitness. This past summer (2012) I got down to a low weight of 148.5 by consistently exercising and eating healthy. In July, I met the greatest guy and started dating him in August. Being in a new relationship I obviously wanted to spend as much time with him as I could with him and that took away from the hours I was spending in the gym. In July, I met the greatest guy and started dating him in August. Being in a new relationship I obviously wanted to spend as much time with him as I could with him and that took away from the hours I was spending in the gym. The last time I weighed myself in January, I was 156. It is now March and it is time to get my ass in gear. This time I will not focus on my weight, but how I feel. Time to focus on myself and remember what it was like to NEED a good sweat everyday and fuel my body with the food it needs and not the junk food I want. Here goes! Time to gain back my festival body!
