My name is Amelia and I have had an up and down battle with fitness. This past summer (2012) I got down to a low weight of 148.5 by consistently exercising and eating healthy. In July, I met the greatest guy and started dating him in August. Being in a new relationship I obviously wanted to spend as much time with him as I could with him and that took away from the hours I was spending in the gym. The last time I weighed myself in January, I was 156. It is now March and it is time to get my ass in gear. This time I will not focus on my weight, but how I feel. Time to focus on myself and remember what it was like to NEED a good sweat everyday and fuel my body with the food it needs and not the junk food I want. Here goes! Time to gain back my festival body!

So good to hear from you girl. I'm not on here as much, but I do update monthly on the pregnancy. Trying my best to stay below a 30 pound weight gain. I'm sure I'll be on here religiously after this baby is born. I see you have a boyfriend now! So awesome. How is life?

Hey chick! Sorry it took so long to get back to ya. I've been MIA. LOL. My knee is getting a little better. I have a physical therapy appointment tomorrow. Hopefully I will be up and running soon. I've been on a TurboFire kick again. I forgot how awesome the workouts were. How was your easter weekend? Do anything fun?

You're looking beautiful, too! And the dress and belt you're wearing in the photo on the top left of your SparkPage are incredible!! So adorable!

I'd love to see your TP art! Wasn't that such a fun project? Definitely took some work, but such a great turnout with an amazing story (love when people ask and you get to tell them it's TP rolls!)
