Need some motivation

I'm a full-time Mom and employee looking to shed those few pounds before adding another baby to our family.

I have been training for a 5K with the Sparkpeople 5K your way programs since May 2011. I have finished Walk to 5K and the 8 Week Rookie Running program. I just completed the Virtual 5K and signed up for my first 5K race. I can't wait to cross the actual finish line, it is going to be sweet!

My Goals:
Reached one year of weight loss on October 2011 with 25 pounds lost.

Can I keep it off and shed another 25 pounds this year? Even with trying to have another baby?

Did someone say Challenge?

My Program:
Watching calories and exercising more. No secrets there!

Personal Information:
I live in the heart of the Fingerlakes in Central NY. Outdoor exercise will be difficult come winter.

Will I really want to jog in boots and a parka?
