No more excuses... :)

For a while now, I've been waiting for the day when the planets align and suddenly everything in my life changes - work and life are suddenly perfectly in balance and I have the time, motivation and energy I need to exercise, eat right and prioritize my health. I've finally started to accept that maybe that isn't realistic, so I'm throwing away my excuses and doing the best I can to make healthier choices every day in spite of my current lifestyle!

I work 50+ hours a week, commute ...

I've finally started to accept that maybe that isn't realistic, so I'm throwing away my excuses and doing the best I can to make healthier choices every day in spite of my current lifestyle!

I work 50+ hours a week, commute excluded, and with all of my extracurriculars, it's hard to fit in exercise or time for cooking healthy meals. So I'm getting up early, tracking calories and looking for healthy options for takeout/restaurants... Whatever it takes, I really want to make positive changes for LIFE and I am hoping the community and tools provided by Sparks will encourage me to do that! :)

My Goals:
I want to live a healthier lifestyle - move more, eat clean most of the time and more mindfully, and in doing so, hopefully lose weight.

Overall, I'd like to be stronger and have more energy!

My Program:
My goal is to exercise for at least 30 minutes, for at least 5 days a week. So far what's working for me is swimming in the mornings. I'm also tracking calories and trying to make more nutritious food choices. And whenever possible, I want to eat clean, because that just makes sense to me!

Other Information:
Dream without a plan is just a wish!
